We cater for families that are/or who have been working alongside Oranga Tamariki who live in the wider Waimakariri and Hurunui District.
The social work profession promotes social change, problem solving in human relationships and the empowerment and liberation of people to enhance well-being.
The Social Workers in our agency are :
- Registered with the Social Workers Registration Board
- Hold a current Practicing Certificate
- Competent to Practice Social Work
- Members of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers
All clients will be advised of their rights according to the complaints process and satisfactory survey of Community Wellbeing North Canterbury Trust on consultation.

We offer support to you and your whānau / family so you can strengthen wellbeing in your lives. Our social workers can also link you up with other local resources, information and services to help you on your journey.
