Our support focuses on enhancing strengths, removing barriers and helping people meet life’s challenges.

Community Wellbeing North Canterbury Trust supports local families, whānau and individuals to reach their full potential through free wellbeing services, offered across the Waimakariri and Hurunui.

Our support focuses on enhancing strengths, removing barriers and helping people meet life’s challenges.

Your Trust also collaborates closely with other agencies in North Canterbury, to make sure we can offer the support you need, when and where it’s needed.

Our down-to-earth and caring team is made up of experienced professionals and trained volunteers, who live and work in North Canterbury. They know the ins and outs of what makes our community so special and it means our services are truly tailored to the needs of our district.

Community Wellbeing recognise Te Tiriti o Waitangi as the founding document of Aotearoa, New Zealand. We recognise Māori as tangata whenua and assume a shared obligation for protecting the Māori language, customs and culture. We understand our contribution in achieving equitable outcomes alongside Māori is an essential part of who we are and how we work.

This commitment is strongly valued within each of us as individuals and as a charity.
