About our service

We are very proud of our team of Wellbeing volunteers who are so essential in helping us to offer the community the best services possible.

Our volunteers contribute their unique talents, skills and knowledge of our communities and have become powerful advocates for our organisation.

For every WNCCT paid worker there are four Volunteers to enable a sustainable Not-for-Profit Organisation. Ratio of Men to Women Volunteers is 1:6. 11 Volunteers are actively looking for work and using WNCCT to gain further skills and confidence. Over the past 12 months, five volunteers have successfully moved onto paid employment. Volunteer hours approx - 6000 per year
